松胯的目的是为了把胯再练合,松只是其中一步!
胯合了才能上下相随,浑身一家,迈步才能轻灵,有力,圆活,自然!
但是,松胯不是荡胯(松软而无力,吊儿郎当,迈步拖泥带水)!切记,切忌!
Born and bred in Singapore, I was keen on sports & fitness since young. Besides being a swimmer and badminton player, I have also worked out in the gym for 11 years since 1988. Other achievements are:
* Started practicing "Wild Goose Qi Gong" since 1994 and found myself more immune to common illnesses.
* Ventured into the world of TaiJiQuan and have been practicing and coaching to date.
*A NROC Coach (National Registry Of Coaches) under NCAP (National Coaching Accreditation Programme)
- 2004 Singapore Sports Council Theory Certification Level 1
- 2004 Singapore Wushu & Lion Dance Federation Technical Certification for TaiJiQuan
- 2010 updated Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
* Silver Medalist in TaiJiQuan Ladies' Open Category (Singapore Wushu National Competition 2005).
* Certified Reiki Practitioner (Master Degree level IIIA).
* Yoga practitioner.
One of my main passions now is to spread the benefits of TaiJiQuan through coaching, caring and careful monitoring of my students. My personal wish is for everyone in the world to have improved general health, calmness and peace of mind.
